Log Basket Making Workshop – 3rd & 4th November – 2 Days £180


Join us for this exceptional, wintery willow 2 day workshop under the watchful guidance of our expert willow artist, Caroline Gregson. You will leave with a rounded or straight sided log basket with colour and texture variations based on the materials available and your approach on the day. You will be able to achieve similar results to those shown in the pictures.

Light lunch and morning / afternoon refreshments are included along with some homemade cake.

Please note that there will be an additional charge on the day for materials, approximately £15.

Limited places available. Minimum number of participants required for the workshop to run. You will be notified and refunded 2 weeks prior to the event if it is not going ahead.

We are delighted to invite you to join us here at CCW with Caroline Gregson, a talented willow artist with vast experience in tuition, to take part in this  wonderful 2 day workshop.

The pictures show what can be achieved on the day. Caroline will guide you through the process, step-by-step and as such there is no previous experience necessary.

Caroline has exhibited willow sculptures in many selected exhibitions including RHS Tatton Park Flower Show, The Bluecoat Display Centre Liverpool, SDC Gallery London and has done work for film productions. The excellence of Caroline’s work has been recognised by being made a Yeoman of The Worshipful Company of Basketmakers, one of the trade companies of the City of London amongst many other accolades!

What is included in the price… The workshop includes all your tuition, a light lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments and homemade cake. Please note: There will be an additional charge on the day for materials, approximately £15, depending on what you are able to complete in the time.
